We have been in the bike and ski retail business for many years.  Pedalhead was first opened in Calgary in 1998 by Alan who had extensive experience in both lines of business.  Alex joined him in the early years and the two built the bike business together.  Five years later, Pedlahead joined forces with Techno-Sport, a well established Calgary ski shop and moved to the Avenida Place location. At the beginning of 2010 Carolyn joined Alan and Alex in acquiring the Avenida Place location and Pedalhead/Ski Works was born.  All three owners are long-term, avid cyclists and skiers.  We ride and ski what we sell so we know our products inside...and outside!
